Participating, rules in short

  1. Only one stamp per card per bar. No exceptions.
  2. Order of achieving the badges is A, C, L and finally T. You must have A before doing C, C before L and L before T. The previous badges must be presented before receiving the next one. No exceptions here, either.
  3. Cash works always, so it may come handy should a bar have unexpected technical problems.
  4. Start time is printed on your ticket. You can't start before, but you can start after your allocated time, up to 1830 hours when the start closes.
  5. You have up to 2359 hours to reach your afterparty place and get your badge. The badge distribution closes at 23:59 and there might be queue - come early and start queuing preferably before 23:30.
  6. Afterparty bars open and distribution of badges start at 21:00. All artists in all afterparty bars starts at midnight, 00:00.

One (1) stamp is gained for each and every offering (drink or food) in the restaurant, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. Each bar may have an 'appro drink', usually a cheaper and faster drink (a shot) for moving along quickly.

One stamp per card per bar; but no limit on shots per bar, though.

Longer story

The ticket you bought from kide.app shows the start time. The ticket can't be used before the time indicated on the ticket - this is to distribute people over time to avoid large crowds.

Go to the starting place indicated in the ticket. Prepare for queues; we try our best but you might have to queue 10-15 minutes.

Show the electronic ticket from your smartphone to appro staff; they'll tap the ticket as used (not you) and give you the bar crawl card ('suorituspassi', onto which the bars give you one stamp per drink).

Start appro. The bars you can visit are printed on the map on your card. Enjoy a drink (or more) per bar; you'll get at most one (1) stamp per bar.

Badge achievement limits are shown above: A=8, C=12, L=12 and T=20 stamps on your card (i.e. count of bars you'll need to visit).

Note that the badges must be completed in order, and previous badges must be attached (preferably sewn) onto your overalls. In other words, if you already have 'A' badge, you can only get 'C', and you need at least 12 stamps on your card. Similarly, to receive 'T', you need to have all three previous badges 'A', 'C' and 'L' attached (preferably sewn) onto your overalls and at least 20 stamps on your card.

After you have enough stamps on your card, go to the afterparty place (written on the card) and get your badge.
